- Luxurious Bedrooms with Private Ensuite & Spa Bath: We have well-maintained luxurious private bedrooms of 4 types, The Eden Room, The Lanhydrock Room, The Pancarrow Room and the Cardinham Room. All the rooms have calming décor and private ensuites along with toiletries. The rooms have free wifi, comfortable double bed with a Z-folding bed and especially the Lanhydrock Room has the facility of spa bath.
- Relaxing Garden & Patio with Hot Tub: Our property has a relaxing garden with greenery and different types of plants and a patio area that facilitates a BBQ and Hot Tub. Eat your breakfast under our Oak Tree on sunny days
- Relaxing Rural Locations & Cocktail Bar: There are relaxing rural locations and a cocktail bar located within 10 to 15 mins walking distance from the lodging. There is also a golf club nearby and a local sports centre with a swimming pool and gymnasium within 5 minutes’ walk from the accommodation.
- Recommend Places for Breakfast & Evening Meals: We are a self catering accommodation where you can cook your own meals. However, if guests feel like going out for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner, we can recommend you about all the popular eateries nearby.
- Walks & Cycle Path Close By & E-Bikes Available: All the walks and cycle paths are close to our accommodation and we offer free use of electric bikes to our guests for nearby sightseeing. However, if you want you can make a small Charity Donation for the use of the E-Bikes. We like to donate to our choosen charities which are Macmilains & Children in Need. We have 3 Electric Bikes in our accommodation currently.
We do not sell alcohol, however if you want you can bring it and we are happy to supply the glasses.

Self Catering Facility
Our selfcatering facility will offer you a fully equipped kitchen with shared dinning/breakfast room along with a cupboard space in the kitchen for storing food supplies. There is also a fridge in the dinning room. We offer bread, butter, jam, tea, coffee, milk, sugar and cereals but no cooked food. The bread pack is a starter pack for every guests.

We offer late check-in and if the owner Eric is not available, then we provide self-check-in instructions with a Key Lock Box.
