Premium bedrooms are available here with private ensuite at affordable prices. Meadow Oak has the unique feel of a boutique B & B. This is further illustrated by our well-maintained garden and patio area facilitating a barbeque. We are an accommodation with bikes in Cornwall for the guests for nearby sightseeing at absolutely free of cost.

Comfort and Convenience Redefined
Rooms with Modern Amenities
We have four different types of rooms for the guests, The Eden Room, The Lanhydrock Room, The Pancarrow Room and the Cardinham Room and you can select one as per your convenience. Our rooms have free wifi, double bed along with a folding Z-bed, private ensuite with shower room and the Lanhydrock Room has a special spa bathroom. A DVD player and information pack is provided in each room. All the rooms have smoke alarms and fire extinguishers.
Self-Check-In Facility
We usually have late check-in and when our owner Eric is not available, we offer self-check-in instructions along with a Key Lock Box to the guests. Apart from that while staying here, you are free to come and go as you wish, we provide our guests with a key during their stay.
Self-Catering Facility
You are free to cook your own meal in the fully equipped shared kitchen along with a shared dinning/breakfast room. There is a cupboard space in the kitchen for storing food supplies and a fridge in the dinning room for the use of guests. We also offer self-catering with breakfast like bread, butter, jam, milk, tea, coffee and cereals but no cooked food. The bread pack is a starter pack for every guests.
Special Amenities for Couples
The couples are allowed to use our breakfast/ dinning room for their private dinner or lunch. When posible we can arrange surprises whenever required. There is hot tub for the guests and the BBQ facility.
Dedicated Workspace for Business Travellers
Visitors coming for business purposes can make use of our breakfast room for meetings and we provide small folding tables in the room for their convenience.
Housekeeping Facilities for Long Stay
We provide housekeeping facilities for guests staying here for an extended period of time. This service is absolutely free for once in a week and for more than once, it is chargeable. Also Laundry facilities can be used.

We offer the free use of e-bikes for the guests for to explore Cornwall. You can spend your day visiting the unsoiled beauties of the town. We can even help you plan your day for the nearby sightseeing.
If you are looking for an enjoyable evening of music, we can assist in organizing that as well! Our proprietor, Eric, is an avid music enthusiast and enjoys sharing that love with our visitors. He will happily take you out and serve as your designated driver whenever he can.
There is a local sports centre within 5 minutes walking distance from the accommodation and there is a pool and gymnasium for the use of guests.
